Did you know there's bluegrass and traditional music on at least four Hawaiian islands? The high lonesome sound is everywhere! PICKIN' WITH THE CHICKENS (MAUI) - SECOND SATURDAY EACH MONTH
This Maui jam has been going strong since 2014!
TIME/LOCATION: 2pm - Dusk at Rainbow Park on Baldwin Ave., just above Paia
BRING: Something to wet your whistle, a chair and something to keep the chill off later on in the afternoon.

OLD TIME JAM (OAHU) - SECOND AND FOURTH MONDAYS EACH MONTH
This excellent twice-monthly jam is led by Miss Lesley, one of our finest fiddlers!
TIME/LOCATION: Paki Park, Leahi Avenue, Honolulu. 6:30pm.
BRING: A chair and your favorite beverage.

MANOA JAM (OAHU) - THIRD SUNDAY EACH MONTH
TIME/LOCATION: Third Sunday of each month, 1-5:00 PM, Manoa Valley District Park, Kahaloa Drive, Honolulu
BRING: Traditional instruments, chairs or blanket, cooler, snacks, and drinks.
DIRECTIONS: Exit the H1 Freeway at University Ave. Head north toward the mountains. Stay on University Avenue as it goes uphill and then downhill. Then turn right on E. Manoa Rd. Go through Manoa town and then turn left on Kahaloa Ave. We will be on the left side under the trees.

SURF n SEA JAM (NORTH SHORE OAHU) - THIRD TUESDAY EACH MONTH
Back porch bluegrass with an ocean view on the lanai of Surf n Sea, the North Shore's famed surf shop!
TIME/LOCATION: Third Tuesday of each month, 6-10 PM, 62-595 Kamehameha Hwy., Haleiwa
BRING: An adult beverages, snacks if you want 'em.

HALF FAST JAM (OAHU) - FOURTH SUNDAY EACH MONTH
TIME/LOCATION: Locations vary for this jam; please check our Facebook page to see who is hosting for the month.
Start time 2pm. This is the perfect beginner/intermediate bluegrass jam, although all levels are welcome to join.

BIG ISLAND JAM - TIMES & LOCATIONS VARY
TIME/LOCATION: Location varies; please sign up for our mailing list below or join our Facebook page.
BRING: Traditional bluegrass instrument(s) if you pick, something to sit on, lunch if you’re hungry.
